Webmap software changes

See also the bug list. Dates given on changes are when the source was re-written; that version of the CGI script may not have been uploaded to the server on that day (although it usually will have been).

1997 February 11

Added the program changes.cgi to list the unvetted edits file with links to go the the recently-edited entries.

1997 February 12

Added expertise levels, accessible through the further options script.

Fixed some problems with output of links between generated pages, and links to (external, own) home pages.

Edits are now timestamped (with the time at which the edit form was created, because that's simpler to do as it fits the rest of the structure better).

Corrected handling of flags for things without a graphics entry, and what happens when no parameters are given to getplan, and made getplan list the features of a given type if given a type but not a name.

Use old-name instead of the name for locating entries for adding new entries below them.
