served with mango and roasted red pepper salsa and dressed leaves

Wild boar terrine
with plum and apple chutney and dressed leaves

Roasted butternut squash and chestnut soup (v)
topped with creme fraiche and chives

Smoked trout with roasted garlic bulbs
served with sesame seared greens and fresh bread

Mains

Rare venison steak
with juniper and wild berry port gravy served with yam mash

Rosemary and garlic slow-roasted lamb shank
with a mediterranean white bean cassoulet

Pan sautéed swordfish loin
served over Basmati rice with a champagne, leek and thyme cream sauce
topped with caviar

Breast of free-range Norfolk goose
with a cranberry, orange and cabernet jelly and yam mash

Wild mushroom and tofu stroganoff
served on a bed of rice and topped with crispy leeks

Mains are served with seasonal vegetables

Puddings

Christmas pudding
drizzled with toffee sauce in a Drambuie custard moat

Banana and butterscotch pudding
:with rum and raisin ice cream

White chocolate bread and butter pudding
with a milk chocolate and rum sauce

in a red wine and star anise syrup
