 I'm a rather energetic person, and do a variety of things that
could count as exercise (not all of them regularly, though). 
  -  Cycling
  
 -  A means of getting about and fit.
  
 -  Workouts
  
 -  I did these more when I wasn't cycling.
  
 -  Ballroom dancing
  
 -  I really enjoy this -- fast, friendly, fun!
  
 -  Sailing
  
 -  I don't do this very often, but quite enjoy it when I get the chance.
  
 -  Bell-ringing
  
 -  This used to be my main pastime, not really ``exercise'' as such although it
       can be moderately energetic when ringing a large bell.
