Concept of ``current dimension''
- allows narrow-channel control with just two main commands:
  - previous
  - next
  (easy with pedals or similar)
- select dimension almost the same way:
  - previous-dimension
  - next-dimension
- likewise, select meta-dimension (series of dimensions):
  - cartesian
  - structural
  - textual
Can jump straight to a dimension
Does not interfere with other navigation
