Challenges

This section describes what happens when SpiderBall comes up against various different types and designs of robots. I'm really sorry, Razor, but SpiderBall was designed with you in mind...

Razor

Not a challenge. That beak is a perfect hook under which a SpiderBall leg can be placed,
to lift Razor off the ground, and throw against something nasty.

Razor gets its come-uppance!

All Flipper Robots

Generally: Not a challenge. SpiderBall legs are spiked, can be rammed into the Arena floor.
When approached by a Flipper, the flipper mechanism will get caught up or ride up the
leg.

If the Flipper manages to impart a rotational spin onto SpiderBall, then there is a small
window of opportunity to ram the underside leg as it spins, into the exposed innards of the Flipper
robot. Start Spinning Leg, Start Flying Components.

If the Flipper *misses* the opportunity to spin SpiderBall, then it's in Serious Trouble.

By numbers:

	1) Extend leg.
	2) Start Spinning.
	3) Start Mashing.

Hypnodisk

I look forward to SpiderBall and Hypnodisk as the Ultimate Challenge for the SpiderBall
engineering design concept to be... validated.

Hypnodisk smashing into SpiderBall's legs is _not_ going to be very funny.

Except for Hypnodisk of course. And the Robot Wars audience.

Rectangles On Wheels

Not a challenge. Oh dearie, dearie me. Anything with exposed wheels is in serious trouble.
200kg of weight sitting on a perfect, ready-made flat surface, with a 1000 RPM drill
poised above it.
